No. All features listed under Broadband Call Features are available free for all plan subscriptions, among them Call ID, Voice Mail, Call Waiting, 3-Way Call and Call Forward.

Yes. The VoIP phone terminal(s) on which a specific feature is available is indicated in the feature description. When there is no mentioning of any specific VoIP phone terminal, the feature works on all VoIP phone devices.

Call Transfer is used when you are already in an active call and you like to initiate a new call to a third person. When the new call is setup to the third person, you will be disconnected, leaving the other 2 parties talking to each other.

Call Forward is used when you like to unconditionally transfer all new incoming calls to one specific number.

Yes, that's possible. Feature Selective Call ID Block allows you to block your call ID on a per-call basis: just dial *81, wait for the second tone then dial the number to call.

For that particular call, your call ID will be not displayed on the called phone terminal.
